US oil services group Baker Hughes has opened a waste management facility in Peterhead, providing the North Sea oil and gas industry with a high level of environmentally compliant waste processing services.
The firm said that for the first time, exploration and production companies have a full-service facility to treat all of the liquid and solid waste generated during drilling operations.
