AN Edinburgh church has launched a campaign to raise (pounds) 120,000 to restore the oldest peal of bells in Scotland.

The eight bells forming the "compleat chyme" at St Andrew's and St George's Church in the New Town were ordered in 1789, soon after the church was built.
