TELECOM Service Centres, Scotland's biggest contact centre company, yesterday said it had entered into "working relationships" with two major offshore organisations - Transworks in India and Dialogue in South Africa.

While the new deals mark TSC's first move towards a long- resisted outsourcing strategy, the Larbert, Stirlingshirebased company yesterday insisted it would not lead to job losses in the UK.
