PARTICK THISTLE will today try to formulate a court challenge to the Scottish Premier League after becoming convinced the football authorities are unable to resolve Inverness Caledonian Thistle's controversial bid for promotion.

Tom Hughes, the Firhill chairman, will meet with lawyers to discuss options after the SPL convened a second vote on June 22 to decide whether the Highland club should be allowed to ground-share with Aberdeen.
