WORKING in different contexts is proving a challenging - and stimulating - way of developing collaborative leadership skills sets.

Scottish Leadership Foundation's innovative People Exchange programme - which includes attachments and secondments, shadowing and twinning, mentoring and organisational raids/enquiry visits - is encouraging movement across different sectors. It is providing opportunities for senior managers and public service leaders to develop new areas of skills or expertise, and to share their skills, experience and practice.
