SCOTLAND'S leading male players were criticised for their poor work ethic yesterday after they all crashed out in qualifying for the Bank of Scotland International Championships.

Craig Goddard, the Scottish No.1, Stuart Gilliland, Alistair Casey and Gordon Thomson all failed to advance beyond the second round of qualifying for the first round proper that begins today at the Kelvin Hall.
