SCOTLAND'S best-known pig farming business was facing closure last night following a protracted legal dispute between its co- owners.

Aberdeenshire-based Scotpigs, headed by the controversial Arthur Simmers, has pledged to appeal a high court decision in favour of Huntly farmer Jim Innes, his estranged fellow director, that the firm should be wound up.
