A POLICE officer accused of raping three woman and sexually assaulting a further six went into the witness box yesterday to claim his innocence.
Former Royal Engineer Dean Stewart, 35, a constable with Strathclyde Police for eight years in North Ayrshire, told the High Court in Glasgow there was no truth in the accusations.
