PRIVATE businesses in Scotland want a stable tax regime that is more conducive to growth, a survey has found.
Less than a third (27per cent) of private business owners in Scotland believe that the UK's tax regime supports and encourages enterprise, despite the wide range of tax reliefs available and measures introduced in the 2009 Budget, the "Enterprising UK 2009" survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers has found.See the full content of this document
