I write with reference to the probe into the tactics First in Glasgow, Arriva Scotland West and City Sprinter over claims that drivers blocked bus stops, poached passengers and caused traffic jams ("Traffic commissioner to probe bus firms over breaches", The Herald, April 15).
The bigger some operators become, the more they are able to eliminate competition. It is heartening to see that the traffic commissioner is going to investigate the allegations levelled against these companies.See the full content of this document
