Summary

ON Friday, I received an appeal from the National Galleries of Scotland for a donation to help complete the magnificent Playfair Project on the Mound. I am happy to do what little I can to aid a truly world-class project which, unlike Holyrood, will be delivered to the nation on time, within budget and without controversy.
