A SCOTTISH Executive minister yesterday told a court how he was confronted by a group of anti-war protesters as he canvassed for votes.

Frank McAveety claimed he was "pushed and jostled" and Labour campaign leaflets were "wrenched" from party activists' hands as they campaigned in Glasgow for last year's Holyrood elections.
