THE family of a Scot killed by a police marksman have angrily condemned a High Court decision to quash an "unlawful killing" verdict.

Harry Stanley, a painter and decorator, was shot in the head and hand on September 22, 1999, after a table leg he was carrying in a bag was mistaken for a gun.
