EVERY member of Ramblers Scotland will be asked to donate money to help maintain their voice north of the border after it emerged that the campaigning organisation is facing the threat of budget cuts.

All 8000 members will be approached as part of a drive to raise GBP200,000 - the equivalent of GBP25 per member - after the London headquarters of the organisation announced proposals to cut GBP300,000 from the Scottish budget.
