Summary
Those unfamilar with the law would be right in thinking that legal representatives were the only winners from an infuriatingly protracted case that ultimately came before the Court of Session. Lord Hamilton, Scotland's most senior judge, in his adjudication of the particularly long and bitter tug-of-love case, was scathing in his condemnation of the parties involved and their legal teams.
