Summary
GOVERNMENT grants to businesses locating or expanding in Scotland reached their highest quarterly level in more than two years during the July to September period, with 42 companies accepting offers worth more than (pounds) 27m.
The figures, which are in the latest regional selective assist- ance report from the Scottish Executive, show that the overall value of grants more than doubled from the (pounds) 13m doled out in the second quarter of 2004.See the full content of this document
