Summary
I COULD never understand why anyone living in a town would wish to drive a large four-wheel-drive, off-road vehicle. However, I soon found out when I was driving along the Broomielaw at 11am yesterday.
The road was awash in places, and in a small car I had to proceed cautiously. Yet the motorists in the off-road vehicles just continued driving with their usual verve, spray flying everywhere.See the full content of this document
