THE mystery man who has been buying up large swathes of Heart of Midlothian shares was revealed yesterday as the London-based businessman Calum Lancastle. He has acquired 250,000 ordinary shares, which represents 1.9% of the issued share capital.
He now holds a total of 452,629 valued at 10p each, which takes the total share holding to 3.6%. Although Lancastle was unavailablefor comment last night, The Herald understands that he is expected to support the board, who want to move Hearts from Tynecastle and play their games at Murrayfield, the home of Scottish rugby.See the full content of this document
