PHILIP Rhind, who was sacked as chief executive of BowLeven last Thursday, will try to have the gagging order placed on him by the oil and gas firm lifted at a court hearing in Edinburgh today.
A spokesman said Rhind, who was dismissed without compensation on the grounds of alleged misconduct, was itching to go public with his case against BowLeven.
