PHILIP Rhind, who until last Thursday was chief executive of BowLeven, will visit Edinburgh today to attempt to have lifted the gagging order imposed on him when he was sacked by the oil and gas firm.

The 51-year-old executive will take advice from unnamed lawyers in the capital about how he might challenge an interdict which was granted in favour of BowLeven by the Court of Session.
