A pilot study of Scottish charities has revealed that their annual income growth dwarfs that of other UK charities.

The pilot, backed by the Centre for Inter-Firm Comparison and Charities Aid Foundation, studied 13 Scotland-based charities, with a total voluntary income of pounds-31m. It compared findings from the Scottish charities with those from a larger UK-wide survey.
