TWO-THIRDS of senior businesswomen in Scotland believe it will take more than a decade before females are readily accepted on to company boards, according to a survey.

Despite calls for 25% of the boards of public companies to comprise women by 2015, 62% of females in Scotland said it was more likely to take 10 years, while one in four believed it could be 20 years or more.
