A SCOTTISH hospital will today begin screening every patient arriving for a planned operation for superbug MRSA.
The Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley will be the first of 10 acute hospitals to launch the initiative in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, in what is believed to be the biggest screening programme of its kind by a health board in the UK.
