THE trail did not lead simply from West Yorkshire to Central London. As Sir Ian Blair, the Metropolitan Police commissioner, put it yesterday, each fresh discovery about the London bombers changes the paradigm of terror. That it has become homegrown makes it all the more difficult to confront.
