THE victims of two separate Christmas Eve shootings are said to be in serious but stable conditions in hospital.

Police are investigating two separate shootings in the west of Scotland and said they could not rule out a connection between the shooting of a 23-year-old in Bishopbriggs and that of a 36-year-old man in Springburn on Christmas Eve.
