There is absolutely no doubt what my favourite football moment of the past week was. It came while enjoying Radio Clyde's lively, eventful Open Line last Saturday evening, and the moment when my great friend of the archiepiscopacy, Hugh Keevins, was sent into an orbit of outrage by a particularly cretinous Rangers supporter.

These moments are to be cherished. Hughie, not unreasonably I felt, was busy debating the incident involving Fernando Ricksen's forearm smash on Derek Riordan in the CIS Cup semi-final, before concluding with one of his heavy Papal edicts concerning the naughtiness of Ricksen's behaviour.
