A MAN who caused panic on a flight from Majorca to Glasgow by smoking in a toilet was fined (pounds) 750 yesterday.
Paisley Sheriff Court heard that holidaymakers screamed when their aircraft went into a nosedive as a klaxon blared out to indicate an emergency.
