MILLIONAIRE bankers should receive no bonuses at all this year, the SNP insisted last night as Labour leader Ed Miliband called on the UK Government to repeat the pound(s)3.5 billion tax on bankers' bonuses for a second year to help boost economic growth.

The controversial issue is set to hit the headlines once again as Bob Diamond, the chief executive of Barclays, is cross-examined by the House of Commons Treasury Committee this morning.
