A STUDY of trainee social workers has found that 43% were suffering such high levels of work-related stress that they needed psychological help.
The research, carried out by Professor Gail Kinman and Louise Grant of the University of Bedfordshire, involved 240 trainee social workers whose ability to cope under demanding conditions was measured, along with levels of psychological distress and key coping skills.See the full content of this document
