CONFIDENCE in the future of the sheep industry was much in evidence at Ingliston yesterday when the northern area of the Suffolk Sheep Society staged its annual sale of ram lambs.
Trade from the outset was firm with rams with length and good hindquarters commanding premium prices. Overall the 179 ram lambs sold averaged (pounds) 3013 - a new sale record and an increase of (pounds) 104 on last year when 209 changed hands.See the full content of this document
