I WRITE as an avid fan of Bryn Terfel (Letters, November 17). I have only seen him perform twice previously, at an early performance in Salzburg and during his previous visit to the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow.
On the most recent occasion, the concert was advertised as Bryn Terfel singing the "Bad Boys" and offered a rare opportunity to hear one of the best singers in the world singing some of the biggest baritone arias in opera. His singing and his choice of arias, even his choice from the modern repertoire, didn't let his audience down. He was superb, and I don't think there is any place for criticism of his performance, programme or introductions.See the full content of this document
