TERRACE hill, the Glasgow-based property business, and Lithgows have formed a joint venture to develop some of the loss-making mini- conglomerate's surplus industrial land in central Scotland.

The 50-50 venture will acquire six brownfield sites owned by Lithgows, whose latest accounts showed it was planning a programme of asset sales to shore up finances.
