AL QAEDA plans to attack US targets by hiding bombs in limousines and hijacking tourist helicopters, it was reported yesterday.

Terrorists could also use speedboats and trained divers to launch assaults on New York harbour, according to Time magazine. The latest fears come after computer disks containing al Qaeda plans were seized when terror suspects were arrested in Pakistan last month.
