Give voice, my man

ROCKER Peter Frampton was on the bill at Glasgow's SECC this week with Deep Purple, and announced that his next song was dedicated to the Black Watch during their deployment at Camp Dogwood. Sentiments no-one would disagree with at all. Peter then argued the troops should not be there. Fine. No argument with Peter there. But as he went on to talk further about the politics of the war, a Glasgow accent could stand it no longer and slurred out: "Just sing the ******* song!" Which he quickly did.
