A STEWARD at the Scottish international badminton championships at Glasgow's Kelvin Hall was overheard criticising whoever was responsible for appointing a 12-year-old boy as a competition line- judge. "It's a terrible shame for that young lad being made to work so hard, judging at every single game, " the steward complained. The lad in question was Neil Davidson.
