After torture and fleeing from west Africa, the handsome, football-loving teenager staring out across the River Clyde arrived alone in London earlier this year.

James was dispersed to Scotland's only host city, Glasgow, by the Home Office, and accounts for one of 80 unaccompanied asylum seekers under the age of 18 living in the city.
