ENGLISH police forces have been reprimanded for refusing to track down people caught speeding north of the border.
In an embarrassing admission of lack of cross border co- operation, Chris Fox, the president of the Association of Chief Police Officers (Acpo) in England wrote to all 43 English forces to tell those who operated "such restrictions" to reconsider their position.See the full content of this document
