THE victims of serious crime are to be given the right to be informed of home leave arrangements for those sent to prison for offences committed against them, the Scottish Executive announced yesterday.
Cathy Jamieson, justice minister, said that, from November 1, victims and their families could obtain details of home or day releases from jail by registering with the government's victim notification scheme.See the full content of this document
