ART experts and conservative clerics last night staged a mock trial of The Da Vinci Code in the home town of Leonardo da Vinci in an attempt to sort out fact from fiction.
Concerned about the legions of fans who take claims in the book as gospel truth, Alessandro Vezzosi, director of a da Vinci museum, said he would produce photographs and documents at the trial in Vinci, just outside Florence, as evidence of the mistakes and historical inaccuracies contained in Dan Brown's best-selling novel.See the full content of this document
