IAN McNAIR and Norman Armstrong both hit the nail on the head with their comments on the lack of ability of members of the Scottish Executive to look after the interests of the Scottish people. We have seen the same pathetic lack of will and ability in their handling of the BSE crisis, the fishing crisis, and now the shipbuilding crisis.
