PHIL GODMAN was yesterday called up to Scotland's squad for the autumn internationals after his outstanding performance in Edinburgh Gunners' European Cup win over London Wasps.

The 23-year-old stand-off was among four players - with the recalled Andy Hall, Graeme Morrison, and Gregor Hayter, who gets a first senior Scotland call-up aged 29 - brought in by Frank Hadden as the head coach closes in on finalising his Test squad.
