A WOMAN accused of stabbing her businessman husband to death had three other lovers in the months before the killing, a court heard yesterday.

Scots-born Carol Croydon, 37, is alleged to have murdered her husband Philip, 49, in a room of the Hilton Hotel near East Midlands airport, Leicestershire. She is said to have lured him to the hotel with the promise of a sex session to boost their "flagging" marriage. But she killed him before meeting Nelson Bland, 50, her secret lover, just hours later, and then had sex with him at her marital home, it has been claimed.
